In the early days of Edo, when the temperature inside the storage cabinet became about the same as the outside air exceeding one summer after burning (heat sterilization) in the early spring so as not to deteriorate the refreshing sake squeezed in winter, It was called from the fact that it shipped “wholly” from a large tub to a barrel while keeping “cold” without a second heat sterilization, and it has been prized as autumn sake.

◆ We also plan exhibitions, tastings and sales of various sake such as sake made by labeling Chiba-kun as well as local wine using pears and fruits produced in Chiba prefecture, besides the warehouse in Chiba prefecture.

◆ This project was realized by the proposal of members of Matsudo City Tourism Association. This fiscal year, we plan to regularly hold this local sake fair every month as effective use of the information floor second floor hall.
