When new, apartments had an average price of around 2,110,000 Yen/sqm, with some units priced over 4,000,000 Yen/sqm. This was a south-facing corner unit. It sold for 24% more than its price when brand new.
The Parkhouse Shinjuku Gyoen (2017) 3-Bedroom

The Parkhouse Shinjuku Gyoen is a 14-story apartment building located on the northern side of the Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. The 52-unit building has apartments ranging from 55 ~ 112 sqm. There have only been two publicly reported resales in this building to date, with this being the highest due to its park views.
The Parkhouse Gran Sanbancho (2014) 3-Bedroom

A luxurious 148-unit high-rise located in a prestigious location just 250 meters west of the Imperial Palace moat. When new, apartments had an average price of around 1,450,000 Yen/sqm, and all new apartments sold out five months before construction was completed. The average resale price in 2019 was 1,975,000 Yen/sqm. This apartment has been the most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date.
