Park Mansion Mita Tsunamachi The Forest is a luxury condo located behind the Australian Embassy. When new, apartments had an average price of around 2,110,000 Yen/sqm, with some units priced over 4,000,000 Yen/sqm. This was a south-facing corner unit. It sold for 24% more than its price when brand new.

The Parkhouse Shinjuku Gyoen is a 14-story apartment building located on the northern side of the Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. The 52-unit building has apartments ranging from 55 ~ 112 sqm. There have only been two publicly reported resales in this building to date, with this being the highest due to its park views.

The average resale price in 2019 was 1,975,000 Yen/sqm. This apartment has been the most expensive reported resale in this building on a price-per-square-meter basis to date.
