Most Asian markets endured another day of declines Wednesday on worries about the health of the U.S. economy and a threat to the regional economies from rising inflation. Japanese stocks stood out as the benchmark indexes in Tokyo plunged further into losses, as automotive exporters such as Nissan Motor Co. and Toyota Motor Corp. dropped after a steep decline in U.S. sales last month.
