Japanese police arrest Nepalese man on suspicion of murder

Police in Japan have arrested a Nepalese man on suspicion of murdering a Nepalese woman in her apartment in Gunma Prefecture, north of Tokyo.

Acharya Bishow Raj, who lives in Isesaki City in the prefecture, was arrested on Thursday. Police suspect he stabbed Basnet Adhikari Laxmi Kumari with a knife and killed her in her apartment in the same city on Wednesday.
