The Department of Migrant Workers has reported that 80 Japanese firms have offered to hire more Filipino skilled workers.
In a statement, DMW Secretary Susan Ople who is currently in Japan as part of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s delegation said that Japanese employers prefer Filipino workers because of their excellent work ethics and friendly disposition.
