【軍事利用の懸念】「半導体製造装置」輸出規制を強化 中ロなど160の国・地域対象
Apr 01, (ANNnewsCH) - アメリカが中国を対象に半導体への輸出規制を強化するなか、日本政府は、半導体の製造装置23品目について輸出規制を強化すると発表しました。
規制が強化されるのは、洗浄や半導体の材料に回路を焼き付ける露光技術など14ナノ以下の先端半導体を造るために必要な装置23品目です。
対象は中国やロシアなど160の国と地域で輸出には個別に許可が必要になります。
