GUNMA, Oct 29 (News On Japan) - A passenger car crashed into a Nissan dealership in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, on October 29th, damaging a total of nine vehicles including those on display.
Footage from the scene showed a car overturned with its rear section severely crushed, while another vehicle’s driver-side door was completely deformed as it was being lifted by a crane.
The accident occurred at around 1:30 p.m. when the vehicle plowed into the dealership, scattering debris across the lot and colliding with several display cars.
A witness said, "The car came flying—almost from above. The sound was enormous, a loud crash unlike an ordinary accident."
The male driver and female passenger in the car that struck the dealership sustained minor injuries. Police are investigating the circumstances leading to the accident.
